Meeting called to order by President Lee Schwartz at 11:00a.m.– 66 members were present (quorum of 51 was met). New members were recognized and welcomed to the club.
A motion to approve the December 13, 2024, minutes was made by Verda Bell #977, seconded by Paul Burrier #634. Motion carried.
Joe Faraone reported current club financial data and a recap for 2024 financial info. Club financial reports are posted on the Bulletin Board at the club. To date, 424 members have renewed their 2025 dues which includes 24 new members. The $10 late fee to pay dues will take effect on February 1, 2025.
Old Business: Lee thanked all those who supported the operation of our club and encouraged members to give back by volunteering for Monitor, Instructor, Maintenance, and other positions within the club. There was no other Old Business from the floor.
